Shipping & Delivery

  1. Ayele will devote the highest possible care to the acceptance and execution of orders for products.
  2. Delivery will take place while stocks last. All orders in The Netherlands are delivered within 1 to 2 business days at the specified address, except for delays at the parcel services. See the list below.
  • Netherlands: Free shipping within The Netherlands
    • Post NL with track & trace 1 to 2 business days​​
  • EU:  Shipping calculated at checkout
    • Post NL with track & trace 2-8 business days
  • Other than EU:
    • Post NL with track & trace 6-14 business days

3.The ownership of the supplied products will pass to the consumer after the amount owed has been paid. The risk relating to the products will be transferred at the moment of delivery to the consumer.

4.The delivery address is the address that the consumer has provided to Ayele.

5.The consumer should provide the correct address and e-mail address to Ayele. In addition, any changes there to should be notified to Ayele by sending an email to info@ayeleonline.com on time. If the consumer has provided the wrong address for the delivery, it will be at consumers own risk.

6.Ayele will execute accepted orders with due haste though within 3 business days, unless another delivery time or method has been agreed.

7.The risk of damage to and/or loss of products lies with Ayele until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a representative appointed beforehand and notified to Ayele, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
 

Return & Exchange FAQ

​How can I return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your ordered items, there is an option to resend the item. When the items meet our conditions you can return them. We will then proceed to a refund of the purchased amount without refunding the shipping costs.

  1. Email your order details such as order number, items to be returned and the reason for return to info@ayeleonline.com
  2. Return your order in the original packaging including a note with your full name & order number to our return address; Ayele, Klaroenstraat 30, 1104 HW AMSTERDAM.​

The costs of returning your order are for your account. Keep in mind that the risk of shipping when returning the items are for your own account.

​Ayele reserves the right to refuse returned items if it appears the return policy is not adhered to.

What are the return conditions?

The consumer can return the items within the specified return period of 14 days. Ayele asks the consumer that the item should be unworn and have no trace of usage. Please note: Earrings can’t be returned due to the hygiene policy.

What is the return period?

You have the right to cancel your order and send it back within our 14-day return period. You can review and adjust your purchase within this period.

Can I exchange my ordered items for another item?

It is not possible to exchange items. You can send your order back and re-order through our website www.ayeleonline.com

When and how will my order be refunded?

As soon as we have received the return package, your return will be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Within 14 business days after processing your return, you will receive the purchased amount back on your account. The refund takes place via the payment method you have chosen when paying for your order.
